As soon as payment has been made, you will have access to your download link immediately. If you create an account, you will have a life-time access to all your downloads in one place so you can always re-download upon demand.
Many of our scenes have been created on 3ds Max version 2020+. We have tried to re-save the majority of them on file year 2017 to prevent this issue. However, if you still cannot open the file, please email us your order number and product SKU (under contact us) and request the year you require. One of our technicians will change the file year for you and have it re-sent to you.
All of our scenes have been checked prior to uploading to our website. The scenes shown as corrupt will not harm your computer and is very common with files that hold large data- such as those with many layers. 3ds max will have an automatic cleaning process. Once you receive the pop-up message, just press clean corruption. If you require any further assistance please email us on contact@3dmaxlab.com.
All our scenes & models hold a Royalty Free License along with your purchase. You have the flexibility to do what you wish with the renders and files. However, you are strictly prohibited to resell any of our scene's or any of its contents or you risk facing liability and prosecution.
Unfortunately we are not accepting scenes from external designers as we currently hold a no royalty pay out system. If you would like us to purchase your scenes (and happy with a no royalty payment scheme) then please email us on contact@3dmaxlab.com to discuss details- be sure to include your work within the email for our quality approval.
This is one of the services we provide and specialise in. Please email us some information of your project under the "Render Service" section and we can begin your design process asap. Allow 7-10 working days for bespoke render service.
Unfortunately we do not offer a refund service as the content reaches you instantaneously. However, if there is a technical issue with your file, please email us at contact@3dmaxlab.com and we will be sure to rectify the issue otherwise issue you a full refund.
